Artificial intelligence (AI) now revolutionizes neurology by developing predictive diagnostic systems which improve the management of neurodegenerative conditions. The combination of advanced algorithms and machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) technologies allows for early neurological disorder identification such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease through analysis of sophisticated datasets incorporating imaging, genetics and clinical data. This research investigates how AI transforms diagnostic precision while tailoring therapeutic plans for neurodegenerative disease management and improves our knowledge of these diseases. The future of healthcare lies within AI yet implementation hurdles including data stratification issues alongside ethical questions and clinical practice implementation difficulties act as substantial impediments to its full adoption. Neurology research needs to prioritize solving existing problems to unlock the complete transformative capabilities of artificial intelligence for neurological applications.
